Design Updates History

Latest version

- this time I included a split 30cm model that can be printed on a 256x256mm print bed and then the four parts are glued together with CA glue.
- the face can also be printed on the same print bed in two parts and glued together or even better if you have a laser cutter and can laser cut it using 3mm or 4mm plywood
- I changed the back panel hanger from a single hole to multi-slot type that allows to hang it on your wall and always be able to find the center of mass even when using various materials for the face

The first design of the "Kletka 4" wall clock. This one came in 25cm and 30cm diameter sizes with a lot of material use.

I used my Creality Ender 5 Plus (0.6mm nozzle).
Compatible with 3D Printers with bed enough to print 25cm (10") or 30cm (12") in diameter

Ordering this file will allow you to download it instantly as a ZIP archive. The included STL files are compatible with any 3D printer slicer software. Included Files:1) 25cm and 30cm diameter STL models - body, upper hanger, lower hanger2) DXF + SVG vector of the face (for laser cutting it if you want)3) a photo guide of my making process to help you when building yours Materials & Assembly:I made this one using Polymaker charcoal black PLA. 15% infill and 3 walls for all parts - 340g.

For the face of my clock I used oak vaneered 3mm MDF using my diode laser NEJE 3 Max 6.5W module (with air assist at 150mm/m, 2 passes, 95% power).I used CA glue to combine the parts together.

The laser cut version came first and only then I made it 3D printable.

And how I came up with this design is I just used one of my previous designs - the "PITA" laser cut clock that I released on Dec 03, 2024.
