"MASA" 15mm OSB Workbench DIGITAL DESIGN, PDF Panel Cutting Plans

A compact workbench designed for makers who use machines.
It features an optional slide-out workstation for your laptop or assembly work, keeping the main surface free and your workflow organized.

Built from just 2 sheets of 15mm OSB (2500 × 1250 mm), with detailed PDF plans for easy cutting and assembly.

The pull-out worktop is optional and not included in the OSB cutting layout. It requires a separate plywood panel (1015 × 600 mm).

Overall dimensions: 1200 × 600 × 800 mm (without casters)

Optional casters can be added, increasing the height by approximately 100 mm (up to ~900 mm total height), improving both comfort and mobility.

Panels must be cut accurately with straight edges and precise 90° angles for the structure to fit correctly.
If you don’t have the right tools, it’s best to have them cut by a workshop or lumber supplier.

Additional tools and hardware used:

• Nail gun + 25 mm nails
• Wood glue (approx. 2 × 400 ml)
• Optional: 4 × casters (I used Ø75 mm casters with ~96 mm height)

  (example: 16 mm beech plywood, 1015 × 600 mm + drawer slides/mechanism)
