This is for all of my fellow makers who are looking for something cool to make.
What you need is a 3D Printer AND a Laser Cutter. You need both for this hybrid design. I used myBambulab P1P and my NEJE 6.5W diode laser. Also you need to make sure that both your machines are well calibrated and the printed structures will fit the laser cut parts.

1) STL models
2) SVG and DXF vectors of the face for laser cutting 3mm or 4mm
Materials & Assembly:
- PLA for the print and 3mm or 4mm plywood
- CA glue to combine the parts together
- clock mechanism - shaft should be long enough to fit a 6mm face (2x3mm ply)
